利用規約Terms of Service

第1条（適用）1. Application

本規約は、当方が提供する「ココ通訳」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を、本アプリを利用するお客様（以下「ユーザー」）と当方との間で定めるものです。

These Terms govern the conditions of use of “Koko Interpreter” (the “App”) provided by the Developer, between the user of the App (the “User”) and the Developer.

第2条（利用環境）2. Operating Environment

1. ユーザーは、本アプリの利用に必要なスマートフォン、OS（iOS 18以降）、その他付随して必要となるすべての機器を、自己の費用と責任において準備するものとします。
2. 本アプリの翻訳機能を電波の届かない環境（オフライン）で利用するには、あらかじめAppleが提供する言語データのダウンロードが必要です。言語データのダウンロード自体にはインターネット接続が必要です。

1. The User shall, at the User’s own expense and responsibility, prepare the smartphone, operating system (iOS 18 or later), and all other equipment necessary to use the App.
2. To use the translation feature offline (where there is no network), the language data provided by Apple must be downloaded in advance. Downloading the language data itself requires an internet connection.

第3条（免責事項）3. Disclaimer

1. 当方は、本アプリの音声認識・文字認識および機械翻訳の精度、正確性、完全性、特定目的への適合性について、いかなる保証も行いません。誤訳・誤認識によって生じたいかなる損害やトラブルについても、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
2. 当方は、本アプリがすべての端末において正常に動作することを保証しません。AppleのOSアップデート等により、本アプリの動作に影響が出る場合があります。
3. 当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの仕様を変更、または提供を中止・終了できるものとします。

1. The Developer makes no warranty as to the accuracy, correctness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App’s speech recognition, text recognition, or machine translation. The Developer bears no liability for any damage or trouble arising from mistranslation or misrecognition.
2. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will function properly on all devices. Apple OS updates and similar changes may affect the App’s operation.
3. The Developer may change the App’s specifications, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to the User.

第4条（禁止事項）4. Prohibited Conduct

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

In using the App, the User shall not engage in any of the following:

1. 本アプリのプログラムをリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルする行為
2. 当方または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する行為
3. その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

1. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App’s program;
2. Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of the Developer or any third party;
3. Any other conduct that the Developer deems inappropriate.

第5条（規約の変更）5. Changes to These Terms

当方は、ユーザーの承諾を得ることなく、いつでも本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリの掲載ページ等に掲示された時点から効力を生じます。

The Developer may change these Terms at any time without the User’s consent. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the App’s listing page or similar location.
