第1条（はじめに）1. Introduction

本アプリの開発者（以下「当方」）は、提供するアプリケーション「ココ通訳」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

The developer of this application (the “Developer”) hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of user information in the application “Koko Interpreter” (the “App”).

第2条（情報の取得と利用目的）2. Information We Access and Its Purpose

本アプリは、その機能を提供するために、お使いの端末の以下の機能・データにアクセスします。

To provide its features, the App accesses the following device functions and data:

• マイク・音声認識：会話の通訳のため、マイク入力をAppleの音声認識機能（Speech framework）で文字に変換します。
• 翻訳：認識・入力されたテキストを、Appleの翻訳機能（Translation framework）で翻訳します。
• カメラ：看板やメニューを翻訳する「カメラ翻訳」機能のため、カメラ映像を撮影し、Appleの文字認識機能（Vision framework）で解析します。
• 写真ライブラリ：ユーザーが「写真に保存」を選んだ場合に限り、翻訳結果を重ねた画像を端末の写真ライブラリへ保存します。

• Microphone & Speech Recognition: To interpret conversations, microphone input is transcribed using Apple’s Speech framework.
• Translation: Recognized or entered text is translated using Apple’s Translation framework.
• Camera: For the “Camera Translation” feature (signs, menus), camera images are captured and analyzed using Apple’s Vision framework.
• Photo Library: Only when you choose “Save to Photos,” the image with the overlaid translation is saved to your device’s photo library.

本アプリは、これらの処理をすべて端末内（オンデバイス）でのみ完結する設計を採用しています。ユーザーの音声・テキスト・画像などのデータが、当方または第三者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。また、これらのデータがAIモデルの学習に利用されることも一切ありません。

The App is designed so that all processing is completed entirely on the device (on-device). Your audio, text, and image data are never transmitted to or stored on any server operated by the Developer or any third party, and such data is never used to train any AI model.

第3条（個人情報の第三者提供）3. Provision to Third Parties

当方は、ユーザーの音声・テキスト・画像・会話履歴を含むいかなる個人情報も取得・保有していないため、第三者への提供を行うことはありません。なお、会話履歴やお気に入りは端末内にのみ保存され、外部には送信されません。

Because the Developer neither collects nor holds any personal information—including audio, text, images, or conversation history—no information is provided to third parties. Conversation history and favorites are stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally.

第4条（利用状況の分析について）4. Analytics

本アプリの品質向上のため、個人を特定できない形式のクラッシュレポート（不具合情報）を、Appleが提供する標準機能を通じて受け取る場合があります。これらの情報はアプリの改善目的のみに使用されます。

To improve quality, the Developer may receive anonymous, non-identifiable crash reports through Apple’s standard mechanisms. Such information is used solely for the purpose of improving the App.

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合には、本アプリの掲載ページ等にてお知らせいたします。

The Developer may revise this Policy as necessary. In the event of significant changes, we will provide notice on the App’s listing page or similar location.
